Please send us an email vs. a phone call,  if you are looking for an order status or update.  Sending us an email with your order number and name,  allows us to make contact with the many jewelers, embroiderers, or other custom productions who are filling your order to find out where your order is in production timeline and reply back to you in a timely  manner.

Please refer back to our product descriptions for an estimated production and shipping time, if it has been outside of the estimated production time since you placed your order, please email us at info@carolinaclover.com with your name and order number and allow us 24 hours to respond to you.
