Order Statuses

Order statuses cannot not be provided over the phone.  PLEASE log into the account you created when you placed your order to view the status. If it is listed as PENDING, it is in PRODUCTION, and you will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as we receive one from the designer.

If you cannot login, Please email us your order number to check the status of your order and refer back to the product you ordered for estimated production times. Shipping confirmations on all products (except Jane Basch) will be provided as the manufacturer provides them to us and sent you via the email address you gave us a checkout.
