What is a tough case? It is a rubber membrane that covers your actual cell phone, to assist in absorbing little bumps and drops that might happen.  The monogrammed cell case is made of a tough lexan plastic and is custom made with your monogram and snaps on over the rubber tough case. This tough case comes with both the rubber membrane and your customized cover.
