A. 20% per sale that comes from our link on your site, cookies are good for 30 days. So if your buyer comes back to our store to purchase within 30 days you will recieve the commission.

A. Quarterly if your comission payout exceeds $10, if your comissions do not exceed $10 they will roll over to the next quarter or until they do exceed $10. 

Q. How will you pay me?

A. Via paypal ONLY. You must have a valid email address on file with us when you sign up for our sales program.

Q. How will you track my sales?

A. We have an online sales tracking system you will have access to once you sign up for our sales program.

Q. Will I get paid for recruitment?

A. No, this is a single tier sales program. You will only be paid for sales, not referrals or click throughs. Only sales.

Q. Will you market me or my blog as Sales Representative of Carolina Clover?

A. No, we provide you links to place on you site when you complete the registration process, but marketing yourself as a sales representative and your success is up to you.

Q. Who does order fufillment and shipping and order processing?

A. WE DO! We do it all, you just send us the sales.

Q. Can I develop a Facebook Page or Twitter related to selling Carolina Clover?

A. No, you can market your LINK to Carolina Clover, but you may not develop a competing facebook/web site/twitter account name that has anything to do with Carolina Clover. We reserve the right to suspend your sales representative account and this program at our discretion at anytime, however we will pay you the balance due for your sales.

Q. If I sell other products from other companies whether it is a home party consulting business, and affiliate business, etc, can I still sell Carolina Clover?

A. YES! However, we are not looking to partner with companies who also are distributors/retailers of the same or competing jewelry and gift lines we offer at Carolina Clover.  This is considered a conflict of interest.

Q. Are your gift products a proven seller?

A. YES! We've won sales awards from our suppliers based on our sales volume from our web site and we want you to be successful too.

California Residents: Due to the recent California legislation dated July 2011, we cannot accept online sales representatives who reside in California.  The state of California is now viewing affiliate programs as a sales location, therefore, we would have to charge each one of our CUSTOMERS who resides in California that state sales tax.

It is our hope that this will one day be appealed and understood that an affiliate is not a sales location but a paid advertiser and that our legislative bodies will someday understand that online sales are a consumer choice not a free channel of retail without competitive pricing and shipping. It is not the online retailers that are hurting the mom and pop stores, it is the big box retailers in every small town, USA that are Mom and pop direct competitors. We know this for a fact, because Carolina Clover is also a mom and pop brick and mortar store located in our town's historic district.
