Need an item custom embroidered?  Use our ship to us embroidery services! We provide you monogramming service of your items and ship them back to you or send them on to your gift recipient when complete. Carolina Clover offers professional embroidery service on your own items.  We provide a separate service for business logos.  More information about out logos can be found here.

How to get started...

Please complete this form for each item you want embroidered.  Provide us the personalization you want, the thread color, the font, and placement of the personalization. It is mission critical that you provide us a valid email and phone number so we may contact you with questions. Once we receive your items for embroidery, we will review your order instructions and make adjustments as needed.  


Should you have a question about whether an item can be embroidered, please email us at Please be as descriptive as possible in your wishes and we will do our best to accommodate.  Threads, fonts, placement and size are final decisions and no returns, refunds, store credit or embroidery removal will be provided if you are not pleased with the final product. Rest assured the quality of your embroidery will be top notch.

Holiday Deadline

We must be in receipt of your project by close of business on December 10th to receive them by Christmas.

Embroidery Waiver

We pride ourselves in taking great care of your items, but we are human and we are working with large commercial embroidery machines and bad things do happen.  In this case if your item is ruined you will receive a refund of your embroidery service from us.  We will not replace your items and you will not receive any monetary restitution for your items.  We are very sorry, but this embroidery service is provided at your own risk

What Can you Embroider?

Apparel, most bags, flats, linens, towels, etc.

What Can You Not Embroider?

Things we cannot embroider are your hats, your shoes or boots, anything with a metal frame or wheels and definitely no keepsakes and we will not embroider items that are in disrepair or unclean. If we are unable to get our hoops and clamps to lock down on your items, we will not be able to embroider them. You can check with us first if you like.

How do I get my embroidery project to you?

You can ship directly to us from Amazon Prime, Target or any other retail outlet if you are shopping online.  Just provide your order number from these retail outlets in the note to seller at check out.  This will allow us to match your shipment to your embroidery instructions.

You must ship your items via a trackable method to our retail store provided on your receipt at checkout.  View your receipt for our address and your selections.

Will you ship to multiple addresses?

Yes, if we receive one shipment from you and they are to be embroidered and shipped to multiple addresses, you must checkout per shipment so we may capture shipping instructions and payment for each address needed.  Then you must complete a new order for another address you want to ship to.

Why can't I use my coupon code on the ship to us embroidery service?

The only coupon that can be applied automatically is free shipping on orders of $75 or more.  No other coupon codes will be valid for this item due to the cost and labor involved in providing this service and our already low prices.  Local customers can select pick up at store, all others will need to pay the $8.99 shipping per address and no loyalty or coupons can be used for this service.  If other items are added to your cart, coupons can be applied to them.
